Is this a meditation teacher?

No — introspect.ing is not a teacher. It's a creative tool for people who already meditate (or want to start), and who feel drawn to deepen their practice by weaving in personally meaningful texts.

What happens to the text I upload?

Your uploaded texts are stored securely and are never shared with others. They are used only to create your personalized meditations and to build your private meditation library.
